This is good news. I was under the impression that the writers strike was going to delay the premier to ensure that the season would run uninterrupted.
I'm looking to the return of 24, but I haven't heard anything concrete about that. The disruption of the final season of Scrubs also has me a bit set off.
But hey, American Gladiators is coming back...so that makes everything ok, right? (no...)
Whether or not we get a full season this year is still very much up in the air. I'm glad ABC decided to air the eight completed episodes. Yes, I will be disappointed if there isn't a full 16 episode season. I won't complain though. Eight is better than none.
I support what the writers are trying to do and I think they are definitely getting a bad deal. However, I wish it wouldn't come down to this.
American Gladiators, good grief! Andy and I were just discussing this the other day. Whose genius idea was this?
